This app has such bugs it’s ridiculous. So often, I will successfully sink a ball. Then the game will act as if it was being started from the beginning of a match or even from launch again, so I lose whatever ball is next in the queue, whether that be a star or any other type of ball, which means I usually have to rewind half the lane just for that ball. It’s also frustrating because when you lose, it doesn’t give you credit for what you did make, and you lose whatever time was put into making that shot anyway, on top of these situations occurring frequently.
Hi! The game itself is pretty entertaining, but it’s been crashing a lot. As someone who has developed games in the past, I understand how big of an issue that can be for both users and developers. Maddeningly, since you updated to version 1.2 (2 weeks ago), 77 players have lost over 40k points due to constant server crashes, which means that in some cases, people are losing more than double their daily score! This kind of issue shouldn’t be happening with a new update, so we think there might be some bugs in the system somewhere. Several others on the same OS have complained about this, too, so I don’t believe it has anything to do with my device or internet connection. So we’ll consider spending our hard-earned coins elsewhere if there isn’t an improvement soon.
